The pendant I ordered was damaged when I opened the box. The box itself was not damaged so it was damaged when they packed it.
When I reported this to goldia.com’s customer service the solution that was given to me was that I need to pay for it to get sent back to NY, or take it to get fixed and they will contribute a maximum of $30 to repair it. It turned out it was too expensive to ship back to NY, so I had it fixed. But the jeweller couldn’t make it look new, as they said the item is to fragile and it will break of completely if they worked with it anymore.
So after all that I’m sitting with a piece of jewelry that looks like I picked it up on the sidewalk.
I got it for my mom’s birthday, but who gives broken repaired jewelry that looks flimsy and used as a gift?
Goldia has terrible customer service that has no idea how to handle issues that they caused. Making their mistakes the customers problem is how they handle it. What a waste of money and time!
