Shipping & Returns Policy


* REGULAR DOMESTIC SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS.

* 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY (NO RESTOCKING FEES).

* ALL BRAND NAME WATCHES WITH SKUS STARTING "W-" CANNOT
BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON. THEIR SALE IS FINAL. THERE IS 5% DIAMOND
CARAT WEIGHT VARIANCE ON ALL ENHANCED DIAMOND RINGS AND EARRINGS ORDERS.

Regular Shipping via FedEx Ground / USPS Mail:

Goldia.com offers you regular shipping by USPS First Class
or Priority services (Depending on your product type we may
choose First Classor Priority).

Each shipment will be insured at no additional cost to you.
Packages can be signature required. All orders will be shipped
pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers
for additional information as required. Most orders ship out
from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Rings ordered in
a size other than 6 requires resizing and this may delay the
shipping dates for up to 3-5 business days). Then it takes
4-5 additional business days by USPS to reach you.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted
immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.


Express Shipping via UPS Express Delivery ($29.95):
We offer you the option to have your order shipped by FedEx
Express for a fee of $29.95. Orders ship out from Goldia within
1 business days. Express Shipping generally arrives within one
or two business days.

*Saturday deliveries are not offered.

International Shipping:

For international orders, customs and duties are at
customer's expense (Please see Europe and Japan exceptions
below. If you are located in Europe or Japan you do not need
to pay for customs). We declare the invoice value of all the
packages. Regular international shipping charge (including insurance)
is $29.95, express shipping is $49.95. We ship to most
of the international countries.


European Shipping Policy:

Our warehouse is located in U.S.A. We ship your order to our
fulfillment center in Europe and then our staff forwards
them to your address so you do not have to pay for customs.
Customs are already paid by our fulfillment center.

European orders are shipped from our office in England via
the following shipping services: Royal Mail or DPD depending
on delivery location and shipping method chosen.
European Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping → Delivers between 1-2 weeks
Express Shipping → Delivers within 1 week
The longer shipping times are because of the fact that we
ship orders once a week from our warehouse to our European
Fulfillment Center. This is why orders are delayed at least 1-2
weeks to deliver to your address.


Japan Shipping Policy:

Our warehouse is located in U.S.A. We ship your order to our
fulfillment center in Europe and then our staff forwards them
to your address so you do not have to pay for customs. Customs
are already paid by our fulfillment center.

Japanese orders are shipped from our office in Japan via the
following shipping services: Seibu or Yamato depending on
delivery location and shipping method chosen.
Japanese Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping → Delivers between 1-2 weeks
Express Shipping → Delivers within 1 week

ship orders once a week from our warehouse to our
Japanese Fulfillment Center. This is why orders are delayed
at least 1 -2 weeks to deliver to your address.




Combined Shipping:
We combine as many as pieces of your purchases at no additional
cost to you.

Tracking your order:

You will receive an email notification the day your order has
been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking
number. This gives you the ability to track your order at
all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.



RETURNS, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept returns and exchanges within the 30 days with no
re-stocking fees. If you received a product and simply wish
to return it we will not be able to refund the actual shipping
fees. We refund the shipping fee only if you received a damaged
product. We do not accept returns or exchange requests after
30 days an order is delivered.

You must contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization
Number by email.

Cancellations:

Most orders can be cancelled on the same day before 3PM EST. After
this shipping cut out time we are not able to cancel orders. Diamond
engagement rings are manufactured to order and they start processing
on the same day they are received. There is a cancellation fee
of 15% for all diamond engagement ring orders.
