I submitted my order in early August and still have not gotten my ring. They sent me the wrong ring which they asked me to send to another customer in Chicago, which I did. They gave me a 15% courtesy discount. They said my order had been overlooked so it would be another 7 to 9 days to process my order and, when I checked on it 10 days later, they said that they had started the order, but the business would be closed the week of Labor Day so my order would again be delayed. I am still waiting for the delivery. I will let you know what I feel about the ring once I receive it. Thank you .
