Mistakes: In the rare event we make a mistake while typing an ad, please always look at the appraisal as this information is always accurate.  We are responsible to send you exact ring on appraisal card with appraised specifications and are not responsible for errors listed in ad including but not limited to mistakes in pricing, item specs, diamond information and diamond pricing.  Please call with questions or to report an error noticed. Furthermore, in extremely rare cases, we may not have a particular Buy It Now item in stock as our inventory turns over very quickly.  If this happens, you will be notified and we will find a solution to your 100% satisfaction.  Ultimately we do reserve the right not to provide the item or be liable for it in anyway. 1. How do I pay for my item? Do you accept credit cards?

If you are having trouble making payment in Paypal through our checkout process, but would still like to pay with Paypal, please follow the directions below:
    1. Go directly to www.paypal.com
    2. Click on the Send Money tab on the top
    3. Then send payment to: auctions@goldia.com
    4. Input the dollar amount for your purchase
    5. For Payment Type choose: Quasi-cash
    6. IMPORTANT: In the notes section PLEASE include your Item #/SKU, Phone number, and any other pertinent information (i.e. discount, sizing, alternate shipping address, etc).

2. How are your items shipped? When will I get my item?
Your item will be shipped using Fedex second day air. Our shipping charges include Fedex costs, handling and insurance on the item shipped. Items will ship within 3-10 business days of payment clearance. We are not responsible for international duties and taxes for your country.

Insurance with signature required is included with all packages:

International Regular Mail $59.95

International bidders, please be aware that shipping may take up to 3-10 business days, as we are not responsible for any delays or costs due to your country’s customs.  Please note that you are responsible for knowing your countrys importing rules and taxes, as we do not cover these costs.

3. What do I do if I want to return an item?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee!!! We pride ourselves on the high quality of our goods and our customer service. Please send us an email if you have any questions or concerns. We are NOT responsible for customs fees if an item is returned from an International bidder. Please keep this in mind prior to bidding!

RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS/RESTOCKING FEE:

Returns are accepted for full refund (minus shipping fees) within 14 days. Returns will NOT be accepted after the stated 14 day return policy.

4. Do you size rings? What is the cost?
Resizing is Free for all of our rings.

5. Can resizing affect clarity enhanced stones?
No, as long as your jeweler is familiar with the necessary precautions of working with clarity enhanced stones. Please inform your jeweler that your diamond has been clarity enhanced and remind him that special care must be taken with regard to applying direct heat to the diamond. Direct application of temperatures above 1,500 degrees should be avoided. In addition, jewelry cleaning solutions containing acid should be avoided as well. 6. Who appraises the jewelry? Who is UGL? Does the original appraisal come in the package?
All of our jewelry comes with a certified appraisal issued by an independent appraisal laboratory on “47th Street”-the Heart of New York City’s Diamond District. All jewelry is appraised by GIA certified gemologists, independent of our auctions. The appraisers have no affiliation with our company and appraise jewelry for some of the most prestigious and well-known jewelry and diamond manufacturers across the world.

8. Where are you based? Can I pick up my ring?
Our Global Headquarters is located in New York City. Please send us an email to arrange a personal meeting in our 5th avenue offices.

9. What is included in the package you send?
A member of the family personally inspects each piece of jewelry before it goes out to ensure it is exceptional, as marketed.

You will receive all of the essentials: (i) your beautiful new piece of jewelry, complemented by a deluxe ring box and the original diamond certificate card. The independent appraisal can also be sent if requested. You will also receive (iv) some helpful Outrageous Auctions reading material!


10. What does Clarity Enhanced mean? Does it wear off with time? Is it a real diamond?

12. How are our prices so good?
We are one of the largest direct importers of diamonds in the United States. Our resources, direct connections, and relationships with diamond mines in Belgium and Israel enable us to have the most competitive prices available.

13. Can custom changes be made to existing rings? Can the ring head be changed to accommodate a different size stone?
Most rings can accommodate any size stone. Please call us at 212-840-6099 if you have specific questions.

14. How do I care for my jewelry?
The best way to clean your stone is to simply apply a little bit of warm soapy water or use a non-ammonia based jewelry cleaner. Ultrasonic cleaning, steam cleaning or boiling water are also acceptable cleaning methods.
Tell your jeweler. When getting your jewelry sized or having any modifications done, please remember to tell your jeweler that it is an enhanced diamond, as special precautions must be taken with regard to the application of heat and use of ammonia or other cleaning acids.

15. What kind of REPAIR guarantees do you offer?

We guarantee that the structure of their rings will remain in tact (not need any repairs) within the first year of its wear. If any repairs are necessary this will be done FREE of charge within the first year. Beyond this time period, any repairs (such as tightening a diamond or loose stones) can be done but customers will be required to pay a fee. This fee will be determined based upon what procedure needs to be done to the ring, as repair prices vary depending on the degree of work need to fix the problem. If a problem arises and the ring needs to be fixed within the first year of purchase, Outrageous Auctions will gladly repair the ring free of charge.

 

Please Note: Most reputable jewelers and high end jewelry companies state that every 6 months, due to normal everyday wear, stones must be tightened and inspected by a professional (* see below); we will guarantee your ring for DOUBLE this time period.
