Delivery Information
Delivery is FREE for orders with the total invoice amount of $100.00 or more. Orders below $100.00 are subject to $5.95 shipping and handling fees. Overnight Express shipping fee is $49.95. No hidden charges! You can view the delivery time for each product on the product details page. Delivery times vary between 1 and 5 days depending on the specific product but more precise information can be found by viewing the product. Each order is posted via USPS First Class or USPS Priority (optional extra, $19.95) to ensure that you receive the order in the fastest and most secure way.
Please ensure that you provide a valid street address with each order.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. Additional charges apply to international orders ($19.95)
 
Item Availability
Most of our merchandise are in stock and ships within 2-3 business days. However, if your order is out of stock or an additional time to ship is needed, you will receive notification via email from us.

When does my order show up on my credit or debit card statement?

All orders are processed through PayPal, so details should appear on your bank statement within 2-3 working days
How do I know you received my order?
Orders exceeding $250.00 with different shipping and billing addresses will be verified for payment authentication . (We need a faxed copy of a valid picture ID and the Credit Card used during the checkout.)

You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been placed through our website. It will detail your order quantity, item(s) description, the total cost of your purchase as well as your customer number. You will receive a second e-mail confirming that your order has been dispatched.
 
Returns and Exchanges

We are very confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange (less 15% restocking fee and shipping charges). In addition to this, we charge $10.00 for rings being returned to us for resizing.

We usually accept returns for the certified loose diamond sales and do not charge restocking fee for these orders. However, we may not be able to accept your returns for some of our Certified Loose Diamond purchases. Before you place your order, please contact us in order to learn about the specific return acceptance policy for the certified loose diamonds you are interested.

Goldia will pay return postage costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, or is not the item that was ordered. Simply telephone Customer Services at 866-550-5314 from 9.00am to 5.00pm (Mon - Fri) and request a return document and instructions. All Items should be returned to:

When returning the item, we suggest you retain a certificate of posting for your own records, in the event of the product failing to reach us.

Returned products must meet the following criteria for refund:
1. The item must be in resalable condition
2. The item must be in the original packaging with all tags/documentation still in place

Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions or queries regarding your return. Please note returns can take between 7-10 business days to receive and we process within 48 hours of receiving the return.

How do I cancel my order?
You can tick "Remove" at any time to clear an item from your shopping basket. Should you change your mind after completing the checkout process, simply contact Customer Services which will cancel your order if it has not already been despatched.
