and Exchanges |

jewelry will meet

However, if you
are not completely
satisfied for
any reason, you
may return your
order within 30

date of shipment
for a refund or
exchange (less
15% restocking
fee and shipping
charges). In addition
to this, we charge
$10.00 for rings
being returned
to us for resizing.
We
usually accept
returns for the
certified loose
diamond sales
and do not charge
restocking fee
for these orders.
However, we
may not be able
to accept your
returns for some
of our Certified
Loose Diamond
purchases. Before
you place your
order, please
contact us in
order to learn
about the specific
return acceptance
policy for the
certified loose
diamonds you are
interested.
Goldia will pay
return postage
costs for an item
that arrives broken
or damaged, or
is defective in
any way, or is
not the item that
was ordered. Simply

Fri) and request
a return document
and instructions.
